1) ORIENT — Choose your direction March 31st
Get clear on what matters most, what kind of work energizes you, and what you want your career/practice to stand for—so every relationship decision has a purpose.
2) SYSTEMIZE — Build the engine DATE TBD
Create lightweight, repeatable systems for relationship-building: outreach rhythms, follow-up, stewardship, and tracking—without turning your life into a CRM.
3) SEEK — Build the right relationships (on purpose) DATE TBD
Turn clarity + systems into strategic action: strengthen key relationships, start new ones, and pursue the right opportunities with confidence, consistency, and integrity.
